THE PERSON THAT I ADMIRED

The one that I will be talking about today is one of my favorite idol that I look up to that is TAN SRI ANTHONY FRANCIS FERNANDES .

Born 30 April 1964 , a Malaysian entrepreneur. He is the founder of Tune Air SDN BHD, who introduced the first budget flight in MALAYSIA with the tagline "NOW EVERYONE CAN FLY" . 

He is also the majority shareholder of the Queens Park Rangers Football Club. 

One of the club in english premier league. He is able to handle his own company by using this football team as the promotion for his AIR ASIA flight. 

Why I would like to talk about him today is because of his creativity and innovation of business that he had created. He set his standard high not only targeting around his own country but overseas too. This kind of business style works very well and we saw the results from what he had done. Now days, most of the people in this country will take air asia flight because it is cheap and he achieve his goal to make everyone in this country to fly with the cheapest rate as possible. 

I also like the way he talked. It really convince people to trust him that what he is doing is good and safe. He really has high confidence in himself. He is also friendly with all his employee. He know how to handle and what to do to his employee and that is one of the main thing that make his company success. He talk big and do big and he succeed. 

It is not an easy task to be success like what Tan Sri Tony Fernandes did. But we can use his creativity to our life and I am sure it will helps at least something in our life. We must be confidence with ourselves to make people trust us and we must always think one step ahead. Every year there will be lots of challenging task for us to handle and we must learn through it to upgrade ourselves.
