Cars that we can never afford but will buy it if given the chance...

McLaren 650S

For its second-generation supercar, McLaren took the 12C and added styling and technology inspired by the P1 hypercar. The result is its most focused road car yet – the 650S.There’s a real sense of occasion when you get behind the wheel, thanks to the butterfly wing doors and the low, race-inspired driving position in a minimalist cabin. The twin-turbo V8 fires into life with a purposeful bark, while selecting gears with the tactile metal shift paddles makes light work of the 641bhp on tap. Performance is explosive, and the standard launch control system means it’s easy to match the claimed 0-62mph time of three seconds. Well, it goes up to £215,275 for a car. If only we can afford it right? Well there's more.

Koenigsegg Agera R

Koenigsegg Agera. The Swedish car manufacturer focuses exclusively on uber-expensive autos. The Agera pumps out over 900 horsepower, and its carbon fiber body makes it lightweight, aerodynamic and very pretty to look at. How much does this Scandinavian supercar cost? Koenigsegg's website claims the Agera was built with a "less is more" philosophy. When it comes to the price, the emphasis is definitely on "more." $2.1 million "more." This one's my personal favorite. Not that i could afford it but hey can one not dream of it?

Aston Martin One-77

The number one choice of super agents, Aston Martin is known for their hyper-elite rides. The One-77 is the pride of the pack, utilizing all of Aston Martin's technological skills and artistic design. The company only built a limited number, so expect to shell out quite a bit for the privilege of owning one. How much exactly? Aston Martin doesn't call the One-77 a car, but rather an "automotive art form." Like all good art, it isn't cheap. It'll cost you $1.87 million. Another beast that can make you tremble in fear once awaken.

Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport

Italian manufacturers Bugatti are automotive artisans. They built the luxurious Veyron, the high-performance Grand Sport, and for their next trick they combined the two into this elite supercar. It's the best of both worlds, but you had best be ready to drop some serious cash for it. Bugattis are built for the wealthy, and when you get two of their most prominent brands combined in one car, even the rich might have trouble fronting the cost: $2 million. The cherry on top for super cars out there. If you can't afford it, then you are not driving the best there is out there. That complete's my list of most expensive cars out there. Till next time....
